Robinson Place will be a three-story, low-rise apartment complex on Wadsworth Boulevard reserved for seniors aged 62+. There will be a total of 67 one bedroom and two bedroom units designated for income levels at 30% to 60% of the AMI as well as community spaces and a full array of supportive services. Robinson Place will be a fully non-smoking campus and certain units will be ADA compatible. At this time, we have not begun an interest list for leasing an apartment here. The interest list will be available in the later half of 2022, as Robinson Place nears completion. Please check back with us.

About the Neighborhood
Robinson Place is located on Wadsworth Boulevard just north of Colfax Avenue. It is surrounded by public transportation, grocery and restaurants, as well as shopping centers, like Belmar. Located between downtown Denver and the Front Range, Lakewood is a perfectly placed neighborhood for all you need.
Family Services
In order to truly meet the needs of our residents, we address the whole person. It is not enough to simply provide a roof overhead, we also offer year round services by providing an on-site, expert service coordinator on each community. Our services encompass youth and adult programming as well as case management. Take a look below at just a few of the services we offer. Youth Services
A good education sets the foundation for a successful future. Here at Archway we want to ensure that all of our youth have the tools they need to be successful. We value education and teach our youth to do the same. We provide an hour of educational programming every day Monday through Friday. This time allow us to give one on one attention to help youth who may be struggling in school. We also provide group activities to help our youth develop various academic skills.

Activities
We provide our youth with homework help and tutoring in all academic subjects. We also provide programming that focusses on building study skills, such as effective reading, writing, note-taking, and more.
By providing health programming we allow our youth to develop healthy habits that will stay with them for the rest of their lives. We provide programming that focuses on physical, emotional, and social health.

Activities
Our youth learn the value of a balanced nutrition, how to practice good hygiene, and simple first aid. They also learn about topics such as understanding and managing our emotions. We teach them about effective communication with others, how to resolve conflict, and how to build healthy relationships.
Physical fitness is essential to living a long healthy life. Through regular exercise we can prevent many chronic conditions such as heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, anxiety, depression and more. It is essential that our youth develop healthy habits that help them to lead an active lifestyle. We want physical fitness to be fun, engaging, and educational. Through physical activities our kids learn the value of teamwork and perseverance! We provide a minimum of 90 minutes a week of fitness programming. This consistency allows our youth to develop their muscles, their coordination, and their confidence.

Activities
Our kids learn to stretch, do yoga, dance and more! They practice a variety of sports such as soccer, volleyball, dodgeball, and football. Our kids have had the opportunity to go rock climbing, practice archery, and go to the batting cages. We are always adding new activities to keep our youth active and eager to participate!
Our Bright Futures program allows youth to explore a variety of career paths. We want our youth to have every opportunity to have a successful career. We conduct monthly field trips where our youth get to see different career environments and meet different professionals. Our youth also have the opportunity to ask professionals about their work. This allows our youth to better understand what career opportunities exist and it allows them to start thinking about what they would like to do in the future.

Activities
Our youth have had the opportunity to explore various workplaces such as a dental office, a candy factory, a software firm, among many other opportunities.
Adult Services
We want our community members to succeed in their chosen career path. We help them look for work, maintain work, and take steps to advance their career. We aim to ensure that our community members find employment that they enjoy and employment that grants them the financial freedom they deserve!

Activities
We teach our community members how to build strong resumes, cover letters, and how to effectively interview. We conduct mock interviews to help our residents be confident and successful when it counts. We take our direction from our community members. Whatever they need, we are there to assist!
Many of our community members are immigrants and refugees from all over the world. They struggle with completing every day tasks such as reading their mail, paying their bills, and communicating with their coworkers. Through our language courses, our community members are able to build their English language skills and gain self-sufficiency. We also have many community members who are hearing impaired. In order to better connect them to the community around them, we offer an American Sign Language course to any interested parties.

Activities
We provide English classes for all skill levels, from beginner to advanced. We also provide English instruction for listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Our ASL classes also focus on different skills levels.

Activities
We provide instruction that focuses on a variety of topics such as managing stress, resolving conflict, and setting healthy boundaries. We also provide programming that focuses on physical health tips and getting connected to medical resources. We partner with Eagles Nest to provide access to equine therapy to promote mental well-being.
Many of our community member have questions about their child’s development. We created a parent advisory board so that we can be receptive to their needs and questions. We provide parenting classes that focus on issues that our community members need addressed.
Activities
We provide programming that focuses on children of all ages. We partner with The Spring Institute to provide a Ready Tots class that focuses on child development and effective parenting. We also provide instruction regarding how to effectively address teenage behavior issues. Whatever our community members need, we are here to provide!
