Archway Communities is designated as a Community Housing Development Organization per HUD guidelines and has rental housing communities throughout the Denver Metro Area and Colorado Springs. Our properties are part of an Affordable Housing program. As such, there are rental rate restrictions on each household and therefore income restrictions for those interested in applying. While the limits for a specific household may vary, the incomes listed below are the highest we may accept at any one of our communities.
