Shaina Maphet

Shaina works closely with the Director of Real Estate and Real Estate Team on new opportunities in advancement of Archway’s mission. She provides project management and leadership for current and ongoing projects. Prior to Archway, Shaina spent 7 years as the AVP and Employing Broker for a local affordable housing development and property management firm, and has more than 15 years of career experience working in all aspects of affordable housing. Shaina has been a licensed real estate broker for 6 years, an employing-level broker for 2 years, and earned an AGS from Red Rocks Community College. In her free time, Shaina is a devoted spouse and mother to her 2 sons and fur babies. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, music, crafting, reading and gardening. As a Colorado native, she also enjoys all things outdoors, especially hiking, camping, and snowboarding.
