Ridge Zackary

Ridge Zackary is an Assistant Property Manager at Foothills Green and Arapahoe Green. In this role he ensures compliance with LIHTC guidelines, assists residents, and helps keep the two properties running. Prior to joining Archway, Ridge was getting his masters in geography at CU Boulder studying gentrification in North Denver neighborhoods, as well as a research assistant in affordable housing in Boulder. Before that he was a school financial aid advisor and did clerical work for emergency departments in Boulder and Denver. From 2008-2010 Ridge served as a public health volunteer in the Peace Corps stationed in Mongolia. When not at work you’ll find Ridge with his nose in a history book, learning guitar, cooking up spicy food, playing video games, or going on adventures with his dog.
