Mirranda Olinger
Mirranda is a Supportive Services Coordinator. In this role, she is responsible for providing, connecting, and coordinating supportive services for residents. This includes conducting initial assessments and crisis intervention, helping to develop individual goal plans, and supporting the achievement of these goals. Prior to Archway, Mirranda worked as a Mental Health Counselor in a residential treatment facility for teenage girls suffering from trauma induced mental health, behavioral, and substance abuse issues. She also worked as a Registered Behavioral Technician working with children on the autism spectrum, helping them become level with their neurotypical peers both behaviorally and educationally. Mirranda has her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota. In her free time, she loves being outside as much as being inside. She would be equally happy staying in and reading a book or playing video games as being outside hiking, biking, or skiing.
What Home Means to Me
Home is where I feel safe and loved. Safe to be me in all my quirky glory and loved for it. Home is where I feel settled and secure. Where I don’t feel like I will need to leave eventually, for one reason or another. Home is where I feel unconditionally accepted and welcome.
