Maggie Howard
Maggie Howard works as the Supportive Services Manager, and currently located at Greenleaf and Villa Verde. She assists residents in achieving their goals by helping residents to get their citizenship, increase their English skills, apply for a job, establish a budget, and by providing educational, safe and entertaining activities for the children and adult residents at Greenleaf. Prior to Archway, Maggie was an ESL teacher for 17 years and also taught US Citizenship classes. Both were very rewarding as it has allowed Maggie to meet and support many people from different cultures and she values the opportunity to help immigrants obtain citizenship. Maggie has her Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts from CUNY Hunter College. Outside of work, Maggie enjoys painting murals (check out her work at Greenleaf!) as well as cooking, swimming, hiking and traveling to new places.
What Home Means to Me
I have lived in Germany, Ireland, and the USA and travelled to many other countries, and “home” is where I feel safe and loved, no matter the zip code. I have found a new home in Colorado and really enjoy the new state, mountains and the amazing team at Archway Communities.
