Katy Hilston

Katy Hilston is the Assistant to the Executive Director. In this role, she is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the executive director, taking the lead on miscellaneous initiatives and providing support to the real estate team. Before joining Archway, Katy spent 4 years at Watershed School in Boulder, CO working as the External Affairs Coordinator, serving as the point of contact for everyone at the school. Prior to that, she worked at a chiropractic office in Boulder. Katy has been in Colorado for about 8 years and lived with her family in Pennsylvania before that. Katy has her BA in Liberal Studies with a minor in both Spanish and Health. In her free time, she loves to explore with her dog, Ozzy, spend time with friends, do crafts, read, and people watch at coffee shops!
