Julie Spires is the Compliance Assistant across our properties. In this role, Julie assists the manager with fiscal management, compliance and lease enforcement at the community and property operations. Julie also works closely with our Supportive Services Coordinators and Resident Case Managers so that residents are successful in maintaining their housing. Prior to Archway, Julie has an exciting & varied job history within the nonprofit sector. She spent a few years working in the education department in Natural History Museums and zoos in Oklahoma and Colorado, running programs for visitors and field trips. She then transitioned to being the Youth and Family Programs Coordinator at the Pikes Peak YMCA, and ran youth programming for children of all ages. Julie has her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology, with a focus on Archeology and her Master of Arts in Museum Education, both from the University of Oklahoma. Outside of work you can find Julie defending her crown in fantasy football, hiking across Colorado, one trail at a time, trying to find “passable Texas BBQ” in this state, and traveling.
