Continuously assess and improve property operations processes, ensuring efficient and effective property maintenance and financial management. Monitor property performance indicators, such as occupancy rates, resident satisfaction, and financial performance, and take appropriate actions to achieve operational excellence. Analyze financial reports and budgets, identifying cost-saving and revenue growth opportunities and implementing strategies to optimize property performance. Foster an attitude of gratitude within the organization by regularly acknowledging and appreciating the efforts of team members. Jennica Hunt is a highly accomplished real estate professional with a decade of experience at Home Partners of America, a mission-driven company dedicated to expanding home ownership opportunities for more families. She hold a BS in Finance from Colorado State University. Jennica joined Home Partners during its startup phase and played an instrumental role in its remarkable growth, overseeing a portfolio that expanded from 20 single-family homes to over 30,000 homes across 74 MSAs and 35 states throughout the US. Throughout her tenure at Home Partners, Jennica held several escalating roles that showcased her leadership and strategic abilities. As the Senior Director of Cost Operations and Director of Vendor Management, she spearheaded initiatives to drive cost efficiency and operational excellence, delivering significant savings and ensuring optimal performance. Prior to her roles in Cost Management, Jennica served as the Director of Operations, where she provided strategic leadership and streamlined processes, optimizing workflows, and implementing performance metrics. Before joining HPA, Jennica held a variety of roles in residential real estate ranging from manufactured housing, to residential valuations, and was even a real estate agent in the United Kingdom. With a diverse background encompassing various facets of the real estate industry, Jennica brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role at Archway as Director of Property Operations.
Jennica has traveled to 36 countries. She likes the outdoors and she hikes and snowboards. She lived in England for 3 years, and recently moved back to Colorado from Chicago. Her parents, sister, and two nieces live here.
