Jared Harrop is a Portfolio Capital Manager.  Jared oversees and strategically assists the on-site maintenance personnel. He provides guidance, support, and training so they can better help our residents and keep our buildings running optimally. Jared has been in the industry for 15 years, working his way from groundskeeper up to multi-site maintenance manager and part-time maintenance trainer with a west-coast based, for-profit multifamily housing corporation. In his free time, Jared enjoys video games, reading, writing, music, playing with his 5 year old son and his dog!
