Donna Carrasquillo

As the Director of Corporate Operations, Donna works within leadership to facilitate organizational goals, liaison to the Board of Directors, manage communications with staff, project management, payroll and HR. Prior to Archway, Donna worked for Riverside Capital and The Michaels Organization with similar responsibilities in Operations and HR. Donna received her Bachelor of Science from Rider University with a Diploma from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. In her free time, Donna enjoys daily walks, reading, learning new things and travel. She also loves spending time with her grandkids and is always in awe of how fast they are growing, learning and maturing!
