Darin Cross

Darin Cross is a Maintenance Technician serving both 40 West and Flats at Two Creeks. In this role, Darin is responsible for the upkeep of the facilities which includes plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems. Darin schedules and carries out repairs, prepares apartments for move in, inspects buildings, and maintains inventory. Darin has held numerous maintenance-related positions for many years including having worked for the city of Arvada doing parks maintenance. In his free time, Darin is quite the artist. He enjoys both writing and recording music (guitar, keyboard and drums!), acrylic painting and woodwork. You can also find him spending time with his family including three daughters and a son.
