Chip Madeley

Chip Madeley is the Construction Manager for Archway Communities. He has been a construction management professional for 22 years, delivering successful single family and multi-family projects across Colorado, including several LIHTC projects. Chip began his career as a carpenter during college and worked his way up to Construction Manager for Archway Communities. During his career he has had the privilege to work for some of Colorado’s preeminent multi-family general contractors. He has successfully planned and managed large scopes of work, demanding schedules, and large project budgets, beginning at pre-construction and managing them throughout their lifecycle. Chip is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and holds project management, green building, and OSHA safety credentials, as well as a Class B National Standard Building Contractor certification from the International Code Council.
