Allyson Drayton
Allyson has worked in non-profit administration and direct services since 2006. She is an advocate of marginalized and underserved populations who works to represent the experiences of Archway residents in order to support the development of effective psychosocial services. She practices therapy, provides multi-cultural supervision to staff and acts as Clinical Trainer.
What Home Means to Me
Home means more than a place to rest. It means a place where I feel safe to authentically be myself without fear, shame or judgement. It is a place where I can find refuge, spend time with those I love and live the life I have dreamed for myself. It means dignity and security.
