Robinson Place will be a three-story, low-rise apartment complex on Wadsworth Boulevard in Lakewood, Colorado reserved for seniors aged 62+. There will be community spaces and a full array of supportive services, and a total of 67 one bedroom and two bedroom units designated for the following income levels:

About the Neighborhood
Robinson Place is located on Wadsworth Boulevard just north of Colfax Avenue. It is surrounded by public transportation, grocery and restaurants, as well as shopping centers, like Belmar. Located between downtown Denver and the Front Range, Lakewood is a perfectly placed neighborhood for all you need.
Family Services
In order to truly meet the needs of our residents, we address the whole person. It is not enough to simply provide a roof overhead, we also offer year round services by providing an on-site, expert service coordinator on each community. Our services encompass youth and adult programming as well as case management. Take a look below at just a few of the services we offer. Adult Services
We want our community members to succeed in their chosen career path. We help them look for work, maintain work, and take steps to advance their career. We aim to ensure that our community members find employment that they enjoy and employment that grants them the financial freedom they deserve!
Goals

Activities
We teach our community members how to build strong resumes, cover letters, and how to effectively interview. We conduct mock interviews to help our residents be confident and successful when it counts. We take our direction from our community members. Whatever they need, we are there to assist!
Many of our community members are immigrants and refugees from all over the world. They struggle with completing every day tasks such as reading their mail, paying their bills, and communicating with their coworkers. Through our language courses, our community members are able to build their English language skills and gain self-sufficiency. We also have many community members who are hearing impaired. In order to better connect them to the community around them, we offer an American Sign Language course to any interested parties.

Activities
We provide English classes for all skill levels, from beginner to advanced. We also provide English instruction for listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Our ASL classes also focus on different skills levels.
By providing health programming we allow our community members to develop healthy habits that will stay with them for the rest of their lives. We provide programming that focuses on physical, emotional, and social health.

Activities
We provide instruction that focuses on a variety of topics such as managing stress, resolving conflict, and setting healthy boundaries. We also provide programming that focuses on physical health tips and getting connected to medical resources. We partner with Eagles Nest to provide access to equine therapy to promote mental well-being.
Many of our community member have questions about their child’s development. We created a parent advisory board so that we can be receptive to their needs and questions. We provide parenting classes that focus on issues that our community members need addressed.
Activities
We provide programming that focuses on children of all ages. We partner with The Spring Institute to provide a Ready Tots class that focuses on child development and effective parenting. We also provide instruction regarding how to effectively address teenage behavior issues. Whatever our community members need, we are here to provide!
