About the Community
As part of the Mosaic Community Campus, Archway Communities will offer 154 apartments across 4 buildings that were a part of the former Johnson & Wales Denver campus. A combination of one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom apartments makes this a versatile community with something to offer for everyone. These apartments will be reserved for individuals that fall within the range of 30% – 60% of the Area Median Income. Placed on a campus with a central quad, community kitchens, and two different school systems, Mosaic Community Campus will be a stunning and welcoming community! We expect construction completion in mid-2024.

About the Neighborhood
Mosaic Community Campus offers an array of services aimed at community development. Owned by the Urban Land Conservancy, the former Johnson & Wales Denver campus is now home to a number of organizations. Among these are two different school systems, the St. Elizabeth School and the Denver School of the Art, a state-of-the-art community kitchen, the Kitchen Network, and various housing providers. A central quad, disc golf course and amphitheater are just a few of the amenities in the community!
