Mosaic Community Campus
The Mosaic Community Campus is a 154-unit community that offers 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments. Located in the Park Hill and East Colfax neighborhoods, residents have direct access to public transit, as well as access to a number of on-site campus services and outdoor spaces.

We are Archway Communities
Archway Communities was founded with the belief that affordable housing is a crucial element in building healthy communities. In pursuit of that belief, we seek opportunities to purchase vacant land for new construction or renovate multifamily developments.
Shortly after we were founded, we began to recognize that residents need more than affordable housing to stabilize their lives — many were struggling with challenges like food insecurity, recovering from chronic homelessness, unemployment, single parenting, obtaining citizenship, and others. Archway Communities instituted the Supportive Services Program- resident focused, on-site programming- to address the needs of those living in our communities beyond simply providing a roof over their heads.
Today, Archway Communities is committed to developing, operating, and advocating for affordable homes with supportive services for residents to stabilize and thrive.

Partner With Us
There Are Many Ways To Support
You can support Archway Communities by making a financial donation or joining the Archway Giving Circle to provide ongoing support for affordable housing and on-site services. Archway also offers volunteer opportunities, including helping with no-cost food programming, leading on-site classes, and assisting with community events. In-kind support such as hosting a drive or donating items like hygiene products, welcome kits, household items, back-to-school supplies, or furniture is another way to help residents feel at home.
